U18AA LEDUC ROUGHNECKS WELCOME AARON MURLEY AS HEAD COACH

The Leduc U18AA Roughnecks are proud to announce Mr. Aaron Murley as the new Head Coach of the team for the 2022-23 season.
Aaron brings a wealth of experience to the position be it running conditioning camps or playing high level hockey.
Aaron was one of the Assistant Coaches on the club last season so he has a familiarity with some of the returning players and a knowledge of the team.
Aaron has this to say about his coaching philosophy:
"Drawing off my past experiences within the hockey world I would like to build a hockey culture where every player who plays for me can grow both as a hockey player and as an individual.
This in turn will help the team improve.
My coaching style is based off of my attention to detail and systems. Between this and my past experience, I feel I can teach and help the players become the best versions of themselves-
which in turn will bring out the best in me."
Assistant Coaches will be announced at a later date.
